General terms & conditions


The purpose of these general conditions of sale is, on the one hand, to inform any potential customer of the terms and conditions under which MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION sells and ships the products ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION to the consumer on the website


MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION communicates in a readable and understandable manner to the customer, prior to his order, the essential characteristics of the product(s) he wishes to order. MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION may at any time modify the assortment of products offered for sale on its merchant website.

To obtain additional information on a product, the customer has the possibility of going to one of the points of sale of MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION products or of contacting MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION via the contact form on the website


Any order is linked to the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale that the customer acknowledges accepting before any purchase.

It is up to the customer to select the products he wishes to order on the website by adding them to the basket. The quantity of products can be changed at any time in the shopping cart. To be able to make a purchase, any customer must first proceed to the identification phase whether he is a new customer or a customer already registered. Once the order is complete, a summary will then be displayed, in which the selected products will be mentioned, and which the customer must validate, or modify if he wishes. The packaging of the products is chosen by MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION in order to optimize packaging and transport. It is specified that gift wrapping is not available for our products.

Finally, the customer chooses his delivery and billing address, and is informed of the delivery costs applied. The customer then communicates the information relating to his payment method and MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION definitively registers the order by simultaneously sending an order preparation order. When the order is definitively confirmed, the customer declares to accept it in its entirety and this order becomes irrevocable.

Upon registration of the order, an acknowledgment of receipt with detailed invoice is sent to the customer's email address, subject to the validity of the email address provided by the customer. MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of the confirmation email in case of invalid email address. The invoice sent details the exact amount invoiced.


The selling prices of the products online on the MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION merchant website, indicated in euros (€), are those in force at the time the customer views the product before placing the order. They may otherwise be changed at any time. Prices do not include shipping costs which may be charged in addition to the price of the products purchased by the customer. These shipping costs will be indicated before the final registration of the order. Prices include value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order, when applicable.


The price of the products purchased is recalled on the order confirmation. Payment by the customer is made by credit card only. Payment by credit card is made via the secure solution to which the customer will be redirected when validating the order.

MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION has, at no time, access to the bank details of its customers.

Once the payment has been validated, the order will be processed by MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION.


The products purchased will be sent for delivery to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the merchant website. In the event of an anomaly noted on the package received, the customer or the consignee of the order is invited to report it to MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION as soon as possible, in order to organize, if he wishes, the return of the package, and to request reimbursement or the receipt of a new package. In the event of a refund, the amount of the refund will be equal to the total amount of the products, delivery costs included.


If a product does not comply with the order or if it is damaged or defective, the customer is invited to contact MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION to report it. Depending on the customer's wishes, the return can be subject to a refund or the sending of a new package.

In case of return, the product must be complete and intact in its original packaging, in a condition to be marketed again. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return of the product by the customer. For any additional information, the customer can contact MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION. The initial delivery costs will only be refunded if the order is returned in its entirety.

If the customer wishes to make a refund, he will then have to return all the products in the package, which will be fully refunded to him.


In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen working days from the day of receipt of the order, to return it without having to justify reasons.

To facilitate the exercise of his right of withdrawal, the customer is invited to inform MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION of his withdrawal through of an unambiguous declaration.

The refund will relate to the total amount of the product(s) as well as the delivery costs, if the order is returned in its entirety. The customer will be reimbursed for delivery costs up to the cost of standard delivery, even if the customer has chosen an express delivery method.

The product must be complete and intact in its original packaging. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the customer will not benefit from any right of withdrawal for cosmetic products that have been unsealed. In addition, the customer will not be able to benefit from his right of withdrawal for products with personalized engraving.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity of the goods with the contract and due to hidden defects allowing him to return the products delivered that are not in conformity or defective.

The customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act.


The transfer of ownership of the products sold, to the customer will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the customer, i.e. after taking into account the payment by credit card.


Prior to his order, the customer acknowledges having full legal capacity allowing him to engage under these general conditions of sale. In the event that an order is made by a person who does not have the legal capacity, the order will be maintained and should be honored by the legal representatives of the incapable person who undertake to do so.


MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION makes every effort to give complete satisfaction to the customer and remains at the disposal of the customer to inform him and deal with any complaint.

The customer can also use the mediation service for consumer disputes related to a purchase made on the website

In accordance with the rules applicable to mediation, any consumer dispute must be submitted in writing (registered letter) to MY EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION (121 avenue des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris – France) before any request for mediation.


This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French.

Only French laws and jurisdictions are competent for all disputes. The judicial Court of Paris has jurisdiction.
